My Public Sector Client based in Hanley Stoke on Trent, is looking for Customer Advisors to support their Service Lines. This is a temporary role until June 2023, Monday to Friday with the service line open between 8.00am to 5.30pm (requiring full cover on a rota basis), 37.00 hours a week. This role is paying £10.86 p/hr.

The role will be the first point of contact for users of their court services, and you will be assisting them with various queries relating to their cases, supporting them with advice regarding online processes or general queries, as well as ensuring cases are progressing in line with service needs.
This role is within a contact centre and is telephone based with a very small amount of administration required, therefore you must be comfortable spending most of your day on the telephone. Applicants ideally must have inbound contact centre experience of dealing with queries from members of the public which can range from sign posting to queries that are more difficult and sensitive in nature. However, those with strong customer service skills will be considered. You must be resilient due to the sensitive nature of the subject matter of some of the calls, have a sense of urgency due to the time sensitive nature of some queries yet also have excellent attention to detail.
Please note you will receive an induction and attend their training academy to allow you full training and support for the role.
This role will require a clear DBS to be in place, and three years referencing.
