An award-winning contact centre with so many employee benefits in the Swansea area is looking for Customer Advisors to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time opportunity.
The next training intakes are 20th November and 27th November.
As a Customer Service Advisor in Swansea you will:
- Answer incoming calls from new customers looking to go through quotes for insurance then take them through the process to set up a policy via the telephone
- Speak with customers about their plans and advise best options
- Build rapport with customers to ensure they fully understand the product they're buying

No specific experience is required. However, a great telephone manner and upbeat personality are essential.
- Customer Service experience would be advantageous (Retail, hospitality, call centre or face to face sales)
- Able to work full-time, including Saturdays and Sundays

- This role is subject to a DBS Check (Basic) & Credit Check (Credit issues can be considered but they need to be declared during your application)
The successful candidate will work on a rota, with a day off in lieu when you work a weekend
- Monday - Friday 0800-2000
- Saturday 0900-1700 (1 Saturday per month)
- Sunday 1000-1600 (1 Sunday per month)
Full training will be given for the first six weeks - if you have any long-term holidays booked during this time we won't be able to consider you for this intake. However, the odd day during the first six weeks won't be a problem, we just need to be aware of them.
