Brook Street are looking for a Customer Service-driven candidate to operate for 5 dates in September. If you have customer service experience, have a good knowledge of computers AND have good admin skills then APPLY NOW!
The role is dealing with face-to-face and telephone queries for students in getting set up on their broadband. You will need to record the queries that you handle and feedback the details back at the end of every day - there is a competition running for this for you to win vouchers as an incentive!
The dates are the following:
- Thursday 5th September - 9am-5pm
- Monday 16th September - 9am-5pm
- Tuesday 17th September - 9am-5pm
- Wednesday 18th September - 9am-5pm
- Thursday 19th September - 9am-5pm
For the work you do, you will be paid the following Friday at a rate of £9.00 per hour.
For this role you will require your own smartphone, laptop and/or tablet that has Wi-Fi access. The confirmation of your hours depends on this as my client will be asking you to sign in on your own device once you get there and before you leave.
You will also need to complete periodical internet speed tests which you will also need to record (instructions on the technical bits will be provided anyway but good IT knowledge is desired for this role).
