Location: rural outskirts of Tunbridge Wells, must be a car driver
Salary: £25,000 plus bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 and 09:00 - 17:30 on a shift pattern, with 1 Saturdays a month, 09:00 - 14:00

Our client, an established insurance company, are looking for friendly, organised and self-motivated individuals to join their renewals team. We are happy to consider candidates from a retail, customer service or sales background- looking for an entry level office based role.

Responsibilities include:
" Making outbound renewal retention calls to new and existing customers
" Handling a range of enquiries from customers by telephone and email
" Data entry and administration duties
" Supporting with sales/cancellations/adjustments as needed
" Providing a friendly and efficient service to customers
