My client who are an award winning company are seeking a Customer Advisor.The role has come up due to an internal promotion.
Essentially you will be supporting the Account Manager and be part of a team that provide a remarkable service to their customers. You will be required to deal with any overflow calls for the account manager and cover whilst they are away or on another call.The key objective is to maximise customer retention.
Ideally you will have a proactive approach to self development and improvement as well a positive mental attitude.You will have a customer service background albeit in retail or an office based environment.
The keys skills you will need to demonstrate are good language literacy skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner both written and verbal.
An interest in technology would be great but not a must as you will looking to retain customers in regards to their billing ,mobile phones and line rental.
The salary is £16 -£18K and hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm. There is free car parking and plenty of internal incentives, pension and medical care.
