My client in Yeovil is looking for a Business Development Centre Advisor to join their lovely team in their contact centre!

If you enjoy customer service and engaging with members of the public this role would be ideal for you.

You will work as part of a team in a contact centre environment and will possess an excellent telephone manner. Good customer service skills are essential as you will be promoting the company`s products and services, including:

Making MOT and Service bookings
Vehicle Health check follow-up calls
Campaigns

The Business Development Centre is open between 9.00 am and 7.00 pm Monday - Friday. This is a full time permanent position.

Salary £16,000-£17,000 generous bonus scheme!!
