Job Description

Part-time customer service advisors required to work part-time (school hours) on a temporary on-going basis in a busy call centre based in Bradford. Candidates MUST be available for Saturday working.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
" Previous customer service experience in a call centre
" High volume call handling with excellent telephone manner
" Confident and helpful attitude
" Excellent admin & IT skills
" Ability to effectively communicate via email as well as verbally

Successful candidates will be required to work four weekdays (4 hours per day) and MUST be available to work Saturdays 9am-1pm. The hours are to cover busy periods and would fit around school hours.

You MUST be able to successfully pass a credit check to be considered.
