Are you free on Friday 21st February to complete some training with a well known client in Belfast City Centre?

Our client, a leading household name has engaged with Brook Street UK for their annual training. The rationale of the training is to provide you with information on their service to their customers and what information you would need to give customers, if you are needed to return the assignment

In the event that you may be required to carry out duties for the client, you will be responsible for answering calls in a polite and courteous manner and giving advice to customers. You will be paid for 3 hours training, but only expected to be with our client for one hour, or slightly more

We are keen to speak with applicants who have experience in dealing with customers face to face or via the telephone.

No GCSE's are required for this role

In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £8.21
