Working at the client`s head office in the Wirral area, you will manage all customer relationships that would fall below Key Account Level and ensure all are ran to the highest customer service level possible alongside identifying area`s in which they grow.

Working hours of 0800-1700 Mon-Thurs, 0800-1630 (earlier finish on a Fri).

Day to day duties in this role include:
Liaising and working with additional departments to deliver individual customer development strategies in which the growth of a client can be identified.
Position new services into allocated accounts overseen to promote cross and up selling.
Quoting and pricing in follow up calls with clients.
Working towards set KPI and customer-based targets.

1-2 years` experience in a customer liaison or account management focused roles.
Key communication skills - happy to speak with clients on a day to day basis.
Previous experience in a KPI or sales targeted role.
