Job Description

Role Title: Customer and Sales Advisor
Department: Childcare
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary - £19,500
Working from home for now with an outlook to being 2/3 days a week in the office.

The Customer and Sales Advisor will be responsible for both inbound and outbound calling of prospective and existing customers. Working with nurseries and the central support team to provide the highest levels of customer service and efficiency.

Provide excellent customer service for the Childcare Group with responsibility for driving customer and member engagement.

O Help to manager and update the online Booking System
o Provide information to the Marketing and Communications Manager for weekly and monthly monitoring of sales and enquiry reports.
o Be accountable for ensuring all customer complaints are dealt with efficiently and to a satisfactory outcome, providing guidance to Nursery Managers where required and liaising with the Customer and Sales Team Leader for support where necessary
o Ensure the customer service complaints and compliments process is followed at all times, collating reports for Regional Operations Managers and Senior Management Teams as well as the Childcare Board regularly and in accordance with deadlines set.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Excellent IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook and Systems
