Job Description
O you have a background in a higher-level customer service role, ideally in a call or contact centre?
If so, this could be the perfect role for you. Working at the client`s office in the Liverpool city centre, you can look forward to working with a globally known brand and to deliver truly exceptional customer service to customers alongside engaging with all customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements

Day to day duties include:
Handle all customer interactions in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Engage with customers to gain a full understanding of their requirements.
Providing a value added service at all times that enhance the customer`s experience and build on both brand and service reputation.
Capture, maintain and ensure the quality of customer data.
Identifying any service-related issues, trends or incidents.

Have at least 2 year`s experience in a higher end customer service role (ideally contact or call centre environment).
Evidence of previously providing a high end, customer service experience.
