You will have previous experience in customer service, and have excellent IT skills and good communication. You must also be able to work on their rotating shift pattern operating between 7am - 9pm across the 7 days, working a total of 35 hours a week.
A competitive salary of £20,068 plus shift allowance (total package £21,573) and excellent benefits package is on offer for this role.
This is a 6 months Fixed Term contract - but will be looked to renew to a perm role after the project has been reviewed.
As this is a financial organisation you must have no CCJs.
