Job Title - Customer Care Advisor
Hours - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30.
Pay - £20,000 per annum (£9.62 per hour)
Contract - TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT CONTRACT (12-weeks temp to Perm)
Start date - Monday 21st September 2020

This is working for a HIGH-END RETAILER! Who are looking to expand their customer service team immediately.

What you will be responsible for;

  • Administration tasks for the customer care team and installation department
  • Processing a free issue form to our customer system
  • Emailing customer regarding the free issue form
  • Emailing the customers regarding the pre-installation process
  • Arranging the installation of the Customers Kitchens
  • Handling any Customer queries or complaints
  • Managing all basic administration duties
  • Delivering a high service at all times

What our client is looking for in you;
A proven track record of customer service or administration is essential. You will need to have great customer service experience, along with strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Good IT skills and the ability to work independently.
