Job Description

Do you have experience within Customer Service? Ideally working with a technical product involving measurements in a Manufacturing environment? If so this could be the perfect role for you!

If successful you will work as part of a multi-skilled Customer Care & Internal SalesTeam engaging with Customers via inbound phone and email contact handling Quotes, Sales Orders and general sales and customer service enquiries. You will also engage with Customers via outbound contact campaigns to generate new sales orders and/or leads.

Experience of SAP would be desirable but not essential, please note this is an office based role.
