Job Description
We are looking for a customer care operative to work within one of our large clients at their site in Speke, Liverpool. This role is based in the customer care team and is ideal for people who are excellent communicators and bring good computer skills.
The successful candidate will be working hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. The rate of pay will be 9.50 per hour. This position is temporary, working on a 3 month contract.
The role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting customers directly
- Using various computer systems to process orders.
- Using online methods of communication.
- Displaying a professional and helpful manner.
- You must be well organised
This list is not exhaustive, and you're expected to be flexible in your day-to-day work. Training will be provided.
The skills you'll bring and develop include:
- Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good computer skills are a must.
- Excellent organisation skills.
