Job Description

Are you currently working in Customer Coordinator, customer service or administration role and looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy customer engagement? Are you looking to join a company that can offer stability & career progression?

You will be working for a well-established, real estate developer based on the outskirts of Peterborough.

In this exciting opportunity you will be the first point of contact, so they are looking for people with a passion for customer service. The duties for this position are as follows:

" Administration duties
" Dealing with customer queries in relation to their property
" Engaging with staff and booking them out to work that needs to be completed in the properties

You will be holding responsibilities for this position, so our client is looking for the following personal qualities:

" Can work on your own Initiative
" Willing to go the extra mile
" Computer literature

This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30 with a 45-minute lunch. The salary for this exciting new role is £18,000 to £21,000 per annum, plus 30 days holiday, that rises to 34 days holiday after 2 years of employment.
