Job Description

A fabulous opportunity has arisen with a nationally recognised employer based in the Tongwynlais area just on the outskirts of Cardiff within onsite car parking. This is a permanent opportunity to join a growing and established employer who offers a wealth of benefits for its employees.

Your duties will include:

  • Organising diaries and making sure contractors arrive on time, as planned for customers
  • Answer telephones and email queries from customers
  • Set up new customers and properties on the internal system
  • Keep records up to date
  • Obtain quotes for remedial works and repairs
  • Provide updates on existing issues
  • Satisfaction surveys following repairs

A strong background in customer services is essential and it's imperative candidates are professional in their customer service delivery along with strong administration and IT skills it would be desirable to have experience within the construction/building industry.
