Job Description

Your duties will include:
- Organising diaries and making sure contractors arrive on time, as planned for customers
- Answer telephones and email queries from customers
- Set up new customers and properties on the internal system
- Keep records up to date
- Obtain quotes for remedial works and repairs
- Provide updates on existing issues
- Satisfaction surveys following repairs
A strong background in customer services is essential and it's imperative candidates are professional in their customer service delivery along with strong IT skills.
