Job Description

A fabulous opportunity has arisen with a nationally recognised employer in their Cardiff office. This is a rare, permanent opportunity to join a growing and established employer within the property industry, who offers a wealth of benefits for its employees.

Your duties will include:

  • Organising diaries and making sure contractors arrive on time, as planned for customers
  • Answer telephones and email queries from customers
  • Set up new customers and properties on the internal system
  • Keep records up to date
  • Obtain quotes for remedial works and repairs
  • Provide updates on existing issues
  • Satisfaction surveys following repairs

A strong background in customer services is essential and it's imperative candidates are professional in their customer service delivery along with strong IT skills.
