Hours: 9:30am - 6:00pm
A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Professional to work within the education industry.
You will need to have excellent communication and organisational skills. You must have great attention to detail and the ability to collate and present statistical data.
You will be the first point of call for customers and dealing with all their queries, requests and following up with customers how they are getting on with the product provided. You will also be in contact with regulatory bodies and other branches.
Monitoring online reviews and responding to them.
Get to grips with and learn good product knowledge.
When appropriate, you would visit customers.
