Customer Care Representative

Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Temporary Customer Care Representative to join a Medical supplies company based in Watford. The ideal candidate will have a professional telephone manner. You will be the first point of contact for customers and representatives; handling queries over the phone.

The working hours will be Monday - Friday 8.30am until 5pm

Responsibilities:
" Deal with high volume of telephone calls
" Ensuring the highest level of customer service is always provided with patience and understanding
" Effectively identify complaints and reassure customers
" Prioritise commitments made to customers and urgent enquiries
" Provide support in processing orders, credits and disputes
" SAP Knowledge preferred but not compulsory
