Brook Street Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader for our client in Newtownards.
The Role Supporting the Customer Care Manager, the Customer Care Team Leader will be responsible for leading interactions within the Customer Care teams, ensuring all aspects of order managements and customer complaints handling are dealt with in an appropriate manner.
With an emphasis on maintaining a high level of service, the Customer Care Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed through the supply chain as efficiently as possible.
The role will also be required to deputise for the Customer Care Manager managing the daily interactions with team members to include liaising with the Customer Supply Chain Manager as necessary.
The successful candidate must be educated to GCSE Level (to include Maths & English Grade C or above) or equivalent and have proven experience working in a similar role successfully supervising or managing people.
The candidate will also have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.
The role requires the candidate to have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, whilst building relationships as part of a team and must also be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (in particular Word and Excel).
The role also requires the successful candidate to have a desire to constantly exceed expectation and targets.
While not essential, experience working within in a FMCG food manufacturing environment and using an ERP/Sales Ordering Processing system would be desirable.
