Customer Champion


Our client is an award-winning Chartered Financial Planning firm in Central London looking for an experienced and tech-savvy client facing professional with strong admin skills to join their small family-like team on a permanent full-time basis. Building long-term relationships with its clients is key for this firm and you are required to provide professional and efficient support to clients and to provide additional administrative support to the financial advisers.


Main responsibilities and requirements include:

Client Support & Administration - full ownership of delivering First Class service to all clients, review meeting process and liaise closely with clients to ensure all details are collected for the meetings
Meeting & greeting clients
Answering phone calls and managing switchboard
Book and organise all meetings between the Planners and the Client
Leads - manage new enquiries, book calls and maintain new leads database
Maintaining CRM for contact
Scan and allocate of all incoming and outgoing emails

Financial Concierge, Director Support & Compliance
Ensure KYC documentation is scanned & filed and meet compliance requirements
FC contract & diary details built for each client and updated for reviews
Tax information collected for all FC and Absolute clients through the year and consolidated at year end
Manage Directors' diary
Organise travel & accommodation

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be/have:
Exceptional Customer Service skills and experience
Extremely well-presented and friendly
Suited to work in a family-like small team
Ability to multitask and prioritise work
Educated to 'A' level or equivalent
Strong computer literacy - MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
CRM database experience - Time4Advice CURO is an advantage

Working hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5.30pm
