Customer Service Advisor
Brook Street
Fulwood, Preston
£15,600 - £16,200 a year

Start date of 7th January 2019

Brook Street Preston are currently looking for enthusiastic and driven people to join one of our successful clients within the Preston area.

Our client is one of the leading insurance service providers to the UK Finance, Retail and Insurance marketplaces. They currently employ over 500 employees across 4 sites.
This is an exciting time to be joining this expanding Company as they have grown strongly since formation in 1990.
Due to expansion we are seeking people with excellent customer service experience to join our established organisation within our Preston, Fulwood office.
The role involves taking inbound calls from customers who are making contents insurance claims and guiding them through the process, experience within insurance is not essential as full training will be given

We are looking for people with the following skills:

" An enthusiastic team player with a proactive professional attitude.
" Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
" Pays close attention to detail with great problem solving skills.
" Remains calm under pressure and adapts easily to change.
" Experience/knowledge in any customer related role either face to face or over the phone
" IT skills in Excel/Microsoft are a must.

Qualification requirements:
GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths or relevant experience

The hours of work would be 37.5 hours per week Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8am and 8pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays (subject to change)

The starting salary is between £15,600 rising to £16,120 after a 12 month performance review
