Position: Claims Customer Claims Advisor
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 8pm with 1 in 3 Saturdays no Sundays or Bank Holidays
Salary: £15,600 pa
Location: Fulwood, Preston, Lancashire
Work Environment: Office Environment
Start Date: 7th January 2018
Due to expansion we are seeking people with excellent customer service experience to join an established team. No phone based experience in needed so this is an amazing "foot in" to your career in Insurance and customer services within an office environment.
This Role of Customer Claim Advisor is to make and receive calls from policyholders to provide quality and accurate processing of claims and ensure the company standards are met at all times.
We are looking for people with:
-A career progression
- 2 years customer service experience.
- No more than 4 jobs in the last 3 years (With ALL gaps explained).
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Great telephone manner
