This Family run, Independent company are looking to add a customer co-ordinator to their growing team. The ideal person will be friendly and trusted to work well within a team.

The job role includes handling incoming calls from customers that have had issues with any of the products sold, i.e. warranties, damaged items, change of delivery address. You will be responsible for resolving the customers queries and logging the calls on a system and sending corresponding emails.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and administration experience, be computer literate and proficient in both Word and Excel. You must be happy to handle incoming calls and have a good telephone manner
The ideal candidate for this role would have worked in customer service previously, have a stable working history and be proficient in both Microsoft Word and Excel
The salary for this role will be between 18000 - 20,000 dependent on the successful candidate. The company also offers a pension scheme, 20 days holiday and 8 Bank Holiday days.
