This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at a very exciting time, working in a high volume call centre providing customer service to those with outstanding accounts. This is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 Months initially.
The Collections team covers a working window of 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 5pm Friday and 9am to 1pm on a Saturday. Your weekly hours will be 37.5
Starting salary: £16,548.06 plus Commission Scheme

You will be working with customers to understand full details of their personal and financial circumstances, and assist them to agree affordable and realistic repayment plans, using the debt management policy.

As a Customer Collections Advisor you will be results driven, have excellent objection handling skills, the ability to work to deadlines and poses a high standard of numeracy and accuracy with attention to detail.
To be successful in this role you will be an excellent listener from a customer service background. You must be able to empathise and adapt to each customer's needs enabling you to negotiate an appropriate resolution.
