We're working with a financial organisation based in Leeds City Centre; they're looking for an experienced Customer Compliance Advisor to join the team on a permanent basis.

This is a permanent, full time role (35 hours per week.) Our client operates on an 8am -9pm Monday - Sunday shift pattern, so you must be flexible to work evenings and weekends where required.

• As a Customer Compliance Advisor you'll work in a busy team, ensuring that products and services are not used to enable criminal activity
• You'll deal with claims accurately, working towards deadlines and SLAs set out by the company
• Liaising with external and internal departments to gain or give supporting information, keeping customer service standards high
• Monitoring claims and identifying emerging trends, escalating these to management

We're looking for a customer focused candidate, with the ability to listen, understand and respond in a professional manner.

Ideally you will be from a compliance or fraud background, and will have experience working for a financially regulated company.

You'll need an excellent telephone manner as well as administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
It's also essential that you can manage your own workload and make critical decisions in a logical, thought-out manner.

Working to deadlines and targets is an integral part of this role, you'll need to work quickly and be happy to excel in a pressurised environment.

Due to the shift pattern, flexibility is also key!
