Customer Contact Advisor

We are delighted to support our well established and high profiled Government client in their search for Customer Contact Advisors. If you have an excellent telephone manner and display strong communication skills, read on for more information.

Contract: Full Time, Temporary (initially 6 months)
Hours: Full Time, Monday - Friday, between the hours 8.30 - 5.30
Pay Rate: 9.94
Location: Newcastle City Centre
Start dates available imminently.

Job Purpose

You will be proving exceptional customer service to those contacting the department via multiple channels (calls/emails/web), providing first line resolution for customers seeking advice or sharing information of concern and accurately recording this information onto appropriate systems.

Essential Skills and Experience

" The successful candidates will have experience in a customer service environment, and will ideally have skills in or a high level of confidence in delivering multi-channel customer service including complex query resolution, complaints handling and managing distressing/challenging conversations.

" Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt communication style to suit a varied audience and present complex information in an accessible manner

" Competent in IT systems and data input into relevant systems, along with competent IT skills in MS Outlook, Excel and Word
