Job Description

We are currently recruiting for Contact Centre Advisors to join our fantastic client on a full time, permanent contract working in York.

Your role will involve delivering an excellent customer experience to members who contact through the mediums of telephone, email or web, providing guidance and advice about the services they provide.

Please note there is a requirement to attend 6 weeks' full time training Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, starting on Monday 13th January 2020 until Friday 21st February 2020. Candidates must be available for the whole training period and we do not honour any pre-booked annual leave during this period.

We are interested to hear from candidates with the following skills:
Telephony/Contact Centre experience
Excellent telephone manner and an ability to adapt different situations
Enthusiastic, passionate and positive
Self-motivated and resilient

In return you will receive a salary of £19,500, 35 paid working days including bank holidays.
