Brook Street`s client based in Cambourne are looking for Customer Contact Assistant on a 3-month contract to support an existing busy team. The contract may be extended!
This role is 37 hours per week and remote working is available!
Some daily duties will include:
- Daily post room duties; assisting with all incoming and outgoing mail
- Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries relating to post issues and mail deliveries
- Daily repographic duties; copying and binding printing materials, finishing copied items by laminating, trimming, binding, etc.
- Basic administrative tasks; recording job details and ordering supplies
The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer focused environment and will have experience working within a post room role/environment.
