Job Description

We are looking for applicants that want to work in a purely customer focused environment where quality is key. You will receive a proportion of complaint calls on a daily basis as well as unusual and difficult requests. You will also be dealing with members of the general public who are in need of directing to the right primary care service in their community

Based on the above examples you can see why my client is looking for customer focused individuals to work in this department within their offices in Redditch. Not all support is over the phone you will after training, then be involved in email and white mail queries which gives a good work balance to this role on a weekly basis.

With free parking and fully equipped kitchen, this role is full time and paying £9.28 per hour rising to £10.31 per hour after 12 weeks and if successful you would need to be flexible with their shift patterns, the hours will cover 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm.

You must have proven experience within an inbound contact centre or customer focused role and be able to deal with complex, challenging queries which can require resilience. You will also be dealing with issues which have an element of safeguarding, which you would be trained to deal with. You will be expected to be aware of the sensitive nature of the calls and apply sensitivity and empathy. Strong IT skills are also paramount to be able to navigate the in house systems and efficient data input skills to record log`s of the inbound calls received. You will of course receive a thorough induction and have a buddy in place to help you while you settle in to the role.
