Customer Contact Specialist

Job Description

Due to expansion and growth our client is looking to appoint a Customer Service Specialist to join their busy team based in South shields

A family run business, in a vibrant, modern office space where attention to detail and customer focus is key. They are looking for an enthusiastic, customer focused individual who has an excellent command of the English language both written and verbally. Experience is not essential but, customer service and experience dealing with people over the phone would be beneficial.

This role is initially a temporary position but with a view to go permanent after 12 weeks. The client is looking to appoint someone quickly so candidates who are able to start at short notice is advantageous but not essential.

Basic Salary - £15,500 plus bonus potential and other incentives

Company is 5 minutes walk from the local metro and has free onsite parking.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week with an early finish on a Friday.
