In this exciting opportunity you will be the first point of contact, so politeness and enthusiasm are key. The duties for this position are as follows:
" Taking and redirecting Inbound calls
" Dealing with customer queries in relation to their property
" Engaging with staff and booking them out to work that needs to be completed in the properties
" Making sure that the customers are happy with the purchase of their property by leasing with them
Our client is looking for the following personal qualities:

This is a full-time position. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30 with a 45 minute lunch. This exciting opportunity is also paying between £18,000 to £20,000 per annum, which is negotiable plus 30 days holiday, that rises to 34 days holiday after 2 years of employment.
