Job Description

Brook Street are delighted to be recruiting for Customer service staff for our Public sector client based in Newcastle.

The Temporary Worker will act as a member of the Customer & Engagement team. He or she will follow set procedures and will exercise some independent judgement in carrying out instructions, under general supervision. Examples of work performed will include but not be restricted to:

Role - Customer & Engagement Team Officer:

- Dealing with incoming calls, written correspondence and requests for information

- Logging and tracking and consulting internally with a wide range of teams

- Collating fairly complex information or data

- Overseeing administrative procedures and processes

Due to COVID-19 this role will be home working, however you may be required to attend the office for initial training.

Start date - ASAP
Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (Flexible)
Duration - Temporary for 2 months with the view to be extended
