We are currently working with a Telecommunications Company based near St. Albans, seeking a Customer Experience Account Manager to join them on a full-time permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning company, with over 7'000 business clients developed over the last 20 years. Their team is growing fast, and they are looking for someone with a minimum of two years' experience working as an Account Manager or Customer Service Manager.
You'll be joining a team that provides a remarkable service to their customers, and your key objective will be to maximise customer retention through office-based support. You must have a proactive approach to self-development and improvement as well as a positive mental attitude, and be excited about working with like-minded people
Salary: £19'000 - 23,000 depending on experience
Hours: 9am-5.30pm, Monday - Friday
o Excellent communication skills
o Good language literacy skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner both written and verbal
o Excellent numerical skills
o Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
o Previous experience in Account Management or Customer Service
o An interest in technology and current trends
