Customer Experience Account Manager

My client is seeking a Customer Experience Account Manager for their telecoms company. Their vibrant team is growing, and they need you to join them!
You will be part of the team that provides a remarkable service to our customers, and your key objective will be to identify opportunity and maximise customer retention, through office-based support. The job is based on the outskirts of St Albans at the Head Office

This ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to self-development and improvement as well as a positive mental attitude and will be excited about working with like-minded people

The role:
o Responsible for a base of customers, retaining their business, improving loyalty and revenue by understanding what new solutions the customer needs
o Never losing a customer without a fight - Doing whatever it takes!
o To handling both incoming and outgoing customer service calls
o Responsible for fault diagnosis, follow up and resolution
o Periodic Rate reviews
o Understanding & pre-empting the threat from competitors
o Developing a good product knowledge to educate customers in alternative services e.g. Mobiles, Connectivity, VoIP
o Handling General Billing queries
o Using company reporting mechanisms to highlight and identify potential customer issues
o Handling customer feedback and complaints both on the phone and in writing

About you:
o Excellent communication skills
o Good language literacy skills
o Excellent numerical skills
o Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel
o Previous experience in Account Management or Business Development
o An interest in technology and current trends
