Job Description

Our client is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Manager who fully embraces the field of the customer journey and is capable of delivering continued process improvement.

Working for a market leader with a wide product range you will have experienced the complete life cycle of a product, from supply, production, packaging, logistics right up to the final sale and must be capable of working with several departments to ensure that the company delivers an exceptional, professional service.
You will have strong people management skills and be fully invested in the development of your team which will ensure the future success of the company and continue to escalate the company's success in a highly competitive market.

The company have recently been through some transformational change and you will need to be able to overcome any resistance; ensuring that the team delivers the professional service that would be expected from a market leader.
You will need to be able to demonstrate your success of working within a cross functional team and the personal drive to steer and improve processes.

In return you can expect: a very generous salary, a company bonus scheme which can be up to 10% of salary, Group Personal Pension Plan, including Group Income Protection benefit. 25 days rising to 28 days per annum upon completion of 5 years' service; plus 8 Statutory Holidays, Private Health Insurance Cover.
