Job Description
Salary: £25,556 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, flexi working hours & hybrid working minimum of 2 days in the office.
This role is working within the specialist customer feedback department where you will be responsible for managing the first stage of the complaints procedure for the company, ensuring that you offer an empathetic resolution for the customer, ensuring that all correspondence is sent to the customer in a professional and understanding manner and ensuring that the outcome of the complaint is fair and reasonable based on the information provided.
You will have experience in complaint handling/ complaint resolution or strong customer service management or similar. You will be educated to GCSE level including Maths and English, have a commitment to provide excellent customer service, be able to demonstrate a positive and empathetic approach with customers even when receiving negative feedback or delivering difficult messages.
