Brook Street is seeking a strong Administrator for an exciting career to join a Customer Fulfilment team based in Staines. You will be to providing administrative support to their Customer Services team for a reputable and fast growing IT based company within the medical and insurance sectors.
The Ideal candidate will need to be proficient in all Microsoft packages and preferably also have knowledge of Mac operating systems. Due to the nature of the role it`s vital that you have an exceptional telephone manor. You will be required to respond to queries over phone and via email in providing technical support, inputting data correctly whilst also insuring a high level of customer service at all times.
The successful applicant will need to showcase abilities in multitasking, problem solving and will also need to have technical IT knowledge and exceptional administrative qualities. If you so happen to come from a medical or insurance background this would be highly advantageous to your application.
Skills and education experience required:
-GCSE`s 3 grades at A-C level is a minimum and must include English and Maths (Essential)
-Proficient in all Windows packages (Essential)
-Customer Service 2+ years (Essential)
-Web-Based technological knowledge (Preferred)
-Understanding of Mobile Tablet Devices (Preferred)
-Knowledge of the healthcare and medical industry (Preferred)
-Databse Technologies (Preferred)
-Technical Support (Preferred)
