Brook street are seeking a Customer Helpdesk with Debt Collection experience to work with the NHS in Central Bristol.
Within the role you will:
-Follow procedures when making calls, answering telephone, emails, queries, taking messages or processing transactions.
- Schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis.
-Maintain and update information held on a data base or manually.
-Support line management on any additional admin when required.
-Liaise with internal and external clients
-Keep records up to date and manage reports
Skills and experience:
-Work well on your own and as part of a team
-Good admin skills and experience
-Ability to prioritise work and meet deadline
- Experience in finance, with debt collection experience being an advantage
This role will start as soon as possible and will be a temporary for 6 months with possibility of extension. The pay rate will be £10 p/h.
