Brook street are seeking Customer Helpdesk Team Members to work for the NHS in central Bristol.
You will answer calls and emails, answering a broad range of queries from a variety of different individuals across the NHS.
Answer calls relating to invoicing and procurement with confidence, resolving queries and logging information when required
Use different software's to support you in answering queries, quickly moving between tasks
Deliver excellent customer service, promoting NHS SBS in a positive light and aiming to resolve enquiries in a satisfactory way
Attention to detail
Experience of dealing with complex inbound calls
Good customer service skills, and confidence when handling difficult enquiries and customers
Numerate, with some finance experience an advantage
Adaptable, able to quickly change between tasks and type of enquiry
Good time management
This is a full time temporary position paid at £9.18 starting as soon as possible.
