Job Description
Do you have an interest in crime, fraud, or whistleblowing? Maybe you are seeking to gain experience in that area and have an understanding in fraud legislation and information handling or willingness to learn. If so, then our client has a job opening for just that.
You would be working to support the Fraud Deference's Operational outputs by assisting the Confidential Hotline and Fraud Defence investigations. You would be responding to customer enquiries and data input to a case management system. The role would entail but not limited to:
- Record all signposting concerns on the Case Management System
- Provide response to customers for any queries they have
- Support to the Case Advisers by recording reports of concerns on the system
- Refer cases to responders in line with guidelines
- Assist in research and preparation of case files
- Support the team and update outstanding cases
- Liaise with MOD Stakeholders and responders
- support management of Whistleblower duty of care in line with polices
- support management of Whistleblower after care in line with polices
- general administrative duties
The job would be a hybrid-based role with the working pattern of 3 days in the office and two days from home. This is a temporary position and the working hours would be from 8.15am to 4.30pm Monday - Friday. There is free car parking available at their Huntingdon office. The pay rate for this role is £11.01
