Job Description

Our client based in SE1 offers a specialist Financial Services scheme to customers with disabilities in a niche sector

They are currently looking to recruit an experienced Customer Relations Account Manager to join their team where you will be dealing directly with customers,scheme partners and external organisations

Your role will be multi-skilled and will include customer service, resolution of complaints and dealing with complex queries as well as investigating the misuse and allegations of abuse of the financial schemes' Terms and Conditions

Ideally you will be experienced in dealing with complex customer services problems in a regulated environment with an emphasis on handling sensitive issues.

You will have a clear and articulate phone manner and be used to working on a varied and multiple caseload

You will be confident in building internal and external relationships and be used to strict deadlines

You will need to be resilient and always stay calm under pressure,

You thrive on taking ownership of a problem and finding a solution and making the right decision
