Job Description

We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Customer Service Scheduler to join our thriving client based in Sowerby Bridge.

Working for a UK leading supplier, you will join a fast paced office environment providing outstanding customer service and building successful relationships.

In your new role you will act as a first point of contact in the office, answering calls and ascertaining faults, liaising with engineers and clients.
You will log fault information on the internal system, schedule engineers diaries and provide response times and follow up calls to your customers.

This a fast paced role, ideal if you enjoy solving problems and thinking on your feet!

We`re looking for candidates who are personable and friendly. If you`re used to providing excellent customer service, resolving problems and dealing with high levels of inbound calls, then we`d like to hear from you!

The ideal candidate will have high levels of attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

In return, our client offers:
A salary of £17,000 - £18,000 dependant on experience.
On site parking.
