Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £17,750 per annum
Location: Mytholmroyd, Hebden Bridge
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our thriving client based in Mytholmroyd, Hebden Bridge.
Working for a UK leading supplier, you will join a fast-paced office environment providing outstanding customer service and building successful relationships.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will act as a first point of contact in the office, answering calls, ascertaining faults, and liaising with engineers and clients.
You will log fault information on the internal system, schedule engineers' diaries and provide response times and follow up calls to your customers.
This a fast-paced role, ideal if you enjoy solving problems and thinking on your feet!
We`re looking for candidates with a background in Customer Service as it's important the customer has had a positive experience. Due to the nature of the role, it's important that you are personable and friendly. If you`re used to providing excellent customer service, resolving problems and dealing with high levels of inbound calls, then we`d like to hear from you!
The ideal candidate will have high levels of attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
