Customer Relations Co-ordinator


Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Temporary role till Jan 2023
Location: Tonbridge (free parking), hybrid working available once training complete
£10.20 per hour

A leading insurance company in Tonbridge are looking for a strong administrator to join as their Customer Relations Co-ordinator. This is a temporary role till Jan 2023 to cover maternity leave.


You will be working in their stunning newly refurbished head offices in Tonbridge, and once up to speed with the role, hybrid working will be available.


Ideally you will have come from a strong administration background within the insurance industry.


Typical responsibilities include:
" Monitoring shared inbox and assigning queries/jobs to the relevant department/team
" Reviewing current status of active jobs and chasing the relevant team if required
" Respond to clients requests for complaint updates
" Assist with the preparation of reports
" Manage and process Subject Access Requests (SAR)
" Issue letters using templated documents
" Complete monthly data cleanse
