A close client of mine is looking for someone that is passionate about customer service and can hold their own in a confident and professional manner.
Are you a positive and motivated individual, that is looking for the opportunity to showcase your strong written and verbal communication skills?
Your duties include;
- Liaising with policy holders.
- Logging and reporting customer complaints.
- Providing technical support to your team members.
- Reviewing and escalating complaints.
You will need previous experience with FOS (Financial Ombudsman Services), a customer relations role within the insurance industry, accuracy, attention to detail, highly organised and brilliant time management skills.
Between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
