A fantastic opportunity is available for a Customer Relationship Manager to join a growing family business in the Cardiff area.

We are looking for somebody with exceptional customer service & customer management experience to process orders for their blue chip customers. This is an account manager position, looking after existing and repeat customers.

We are looking for a reliable, determined and self driven individual with a positive outlook is needed to manage existing client accounts, serving the account in any way required with the aim to grow the account by increasing sales and developing and maintaining business, so superb business relationship skills needed.

You will need to have excellent business and selling skills both face-to-face and on the telephone and be able to demonstrate success and experience of managing customer accounts.
