The main aim for the right candidate would be to effectively communicate, promote and develop their brand.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Be the key point of contact and to demonstrate proactive customer relationship management through their own existing customers.
Proactively manage the contracts of key accounts through their reviews.
Be the initial responder of all customer complaints and to then delegate any complaints or issues received over to the appropriate person indicated before being responsible for the closure of all complaints received.
Facilitating transitions of customers onto their in-house, customer portal.
Providing customers with first hand support and training which would include telephone, Skype, webinars and in person.
Maintaining a high standard of presentation, professionalism and courtesy in all communications with existing and potential customers.
The right candidate will also fit the following criteria:
Significant account management experience
To have managed, resolved and responded to complaints.
Hold excellent interpersonal and communication skills, verbally and written.
It`s also desirable to have come from an insurance background within the health industry.
