Previous customer service experience required (previous sales experience desired but a passion for sales will be required)
Brook Street are looking for Customer Sales Advisors for our client for a variety of departments. You will represent and promote well-known household brands, making the customers aware of products they can purchase, for added peace of mind. All calls will be with customers who know who our client is whether this is inbound or outbound calls to the customer base.
This role is going to be a hybrid working position. You will initially be home based. We'll take care of providing the equipment you need before you start, but you must have broadband access.
Once it is safe to do so you will work a split of home working and office working so you must live within a commutable distance of Nottingham City Centre.
This department has shift patterns based on a 37.5-hour contract per week, depending on the opening hours of each department will depend on your shift hours. Some departments do not work weekends or have set shift patterns, the Recruitment team will be happy to discuss these in more detail should you be shortlisted for telephone interview.
You will only work 5 days per week and your shift hours will fall between the department opening times but the earliest departments open is 08:00 and the latest they close being 20:00 Monday - Sunday.
You will be on 2-3 weeks of training from your start date which will be full time Monday - Friday depending on the department you will be working in.
We'll take care of providing the equipment you need before you start, but you must have broadband access.
You will have proven experience in a home-based position or a similar role where you have worked autonomously. Previous targeted sales or customer service experience is a must.

You'll thrive on beating and exceeding sales targets and have strong sales skills - but you'll always make sure that the customer's interests come first.
You understand the customer's perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport and demonstrate empathy when needed through your excellent communication skills.

A highly competitive £18,500 starting salary with a pay increase after six months to £21,500
